Sample Schedule

The schedule at Footsteps provides structure and simplicity so students can reflect upon their lives, the choices they have made, and expectations for the future. Daily groups, individual therapy assignments, personal time, and the teamwork necessary for community living, all create a rich environment where students can learn about themselves and practice new
skills for the future. Daily activities are designed to challenge thinking patterns, increase skills, encourage feeling identification and expression, and strengthen personal awareness.
